Working as the Head of Project Management Office I have demonstrated expertise in steering project management for selection and implementation of different banking software projects such as Core Banking System (CBS); Mobile Financial Services (MFS); Cards Management System (CMS); Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS); Comprehensive Anti Money Laundering (AML) System; Human Resource Management System (HRMS); Cash Deposit Machine (Cash Recycler) a first time ever project in Bangladesh; Cash Remittance; Service Center; IT Security & Risk Management.

I have proven credentials in building customer base through MFS and providing green banking services with a proper implementation of ECMS. I have knowledge & Certification in PRINCE2 Methodologies including knowledge in PMBOK Guidelines.
